  • Once your deposit is paid, we’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out to understand your design request. From there, we create initial concepts, refine them based on your feedback, and deliver the final assets in all necessary formats.

  • Timelines vary based on the project scope, but most branding projects take between 1–3 weeks. Rush services may be available on request.

  • Absolutely. Sylex Design is fully remote, and we work with clients worldwide through email, video calls, and shared online documents.

  • Yes! Each package includes a set number of revisions to ensure you're happy with the final result. We’ll let you know exactly how many are included before we begin.

  • While we don’t offer in-house printing, we can supply you with print-ready files and recommend trusted printing services if needed.

  • Of course! We offer free initial consultations to help you figure out what’s best for your brand. No pressure, just good advice.

  • We currently stock sizes from Small to XXL. Size guides are available on each product page to help you find the perfect fit.

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location — you’ll see the exact info at checkout.

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. UK orders typically arrive within a week, while international orders can take 7–14 business days.

  • All of our clothing is made to order, which means we don’t hold stock and can’t offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please double-check our size guide before ordering to make sure you get the right fit.

  • Some drops are limited and won’t restock once sold out. If you see something you like — don’t sleep on it.

  • We occasionally restock popular items, but most pieces are part of exclusive drops. Join the mailing list or follow us on socials to get first dibs.
