At Sylex, every piece is created the moment you order it. We don’t keep shelves of hoodies gathering dust — each design is printed just for you. That means less waste, no overstock, and a product that exists only because you wanted it.

Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, “changed my mind,” or “my mate stole it and now I want another one.”

Size Matters (So Please Check First)

We get it — online shopping can be a gamble. That’s why we’ve got a detailed size guide right on our product pages.

  • True to size: Go with your regular fit.

  • Oversized look: Order one size up.

  • Model fit info: We’ll show you who’s wearing what size so you’ve got a real-world reference.

Double-check your measurements before hitting that checkout button. Future-you will thank past-you.

When We’ve Got You Covered

If your gear shows up damaged, misprinted, or looking like it’s been chewed by a raccoon — that’s on us. In those rare cases, we’ll replace it free of charge, no questions asked. Just reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it.

What If I Messed Up My Size?

Mistakes happen. If you order the wrong size, here’s how we can still help:

  • Discounted re-order: We’ll give you 20% off if you want to re-buy the same piece in the correct size.

  • Sylex Swap: We’re building a community resale/swap channel where you can trade sizes with other Sylex wearers. (Because your wrong size might be someone else’s perfect fit.)

  • ✅ We replace faulty or misprinted items (14-day window).

  • ❌ We don’t do returns/exchanges for wrong size or buyer’s remorse.
