The things people ask.
Do I own the logo?
Yes. Copyright in the final approved logo transfers to you once the project is paid in full. Use it anywhere, for anything, for as long as you like.
What if none of the three concepts is right?
It is rare, because the concepts come out of a proper conversation about your business first. If it does happen, we talk about why and agree the best way forward before anything else is drawn.
What files will I get?
Everything. Each logo — primary, secondary and brandmark — is exported in every colourway as PNG, transparent PNG, JPEG, TIFF, SVG and print-ready PDF, organised into folders and zipped.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope and how quickly feedback comes back. You get a realistic timeline in the proposal before anything starts.
Can you check the name is free to trademark?
Formal trademark searches are a specialist job and remain your responsibility, but we are happy to point you in the right direction.
Do you work with businesses outside Portsmouth?
Yes. The studio is in Waterlooville, but almost everything happens over calls and email, so location makes no difference.
